Christine Johny

Christine is the Executive Assistant here at TRC making sure things are running smoothly behind the scenes. She also spends part of her day in the world of tech building diverse and inclusive teams.

Vidya I. Arora

Vidya is an Individual and Couple Therapist who is deeply passionate about helping people understand and access their innate capacity to heal. She believes that every individual has a unique journey to healing. Whether you are navigating life changes, finding your footing as the world re-opens, experiencing a loss, or coping with anxiety, she is honoured to walk with you throughout your journey, and toward the path of healing.

As a Registered Social Worker, she seeks to cultivate a safe space filled with both collaborative and compassionate conversations that draw on your unique story. She offers a person-centered approach to therapy that meets you where you are. You will work together through supportive discussions, working with psycho-educational tools, setting attainable goals, and navigating each stage of your journey with both holistic and individualistic perspectives.

Benita Joy

Benita is the Founder and Owner of the Toronto Relationship Clinic (TRC), a growing collective of independent practitioners who are antioppressive, decolonial, and abolitionist in orientation. With a background in Social Service Work, a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and 15 years of experience in Forensic Psychotherapy, Benita is skilled at working with folks from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. She began her solo practice in 2017 providing psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations. She also provides assessments and reports for therapeutic, forensic, medico-legal, immigration, human rights tribunals, and psychiatric purposes. She is a systems-oriented, culturally responsive, emotionally attuned, relational psychotherapist with a proven ability to connect authentically and facilitate collaborative dialogue toward meaningful change.
