Toronto Relationship Clinic was established in 2019 as a solo private practice. In 2022, TRC became a group mental health practice. By 2025, we had clarified our vision for transformative justice for sexual harm and started having conversations about psychotherapy as a tool for justice-mapping for sexual violence. Today, we are a group mental health practice of independent practitioners who specialize in forensic psychotherapy for sexual behaviours and intensive trauma therapy for sexual abuse. We work with men who have sexually offended, and we work with survivors of sexual trauma.

Our Story Began With a Dream to Make a Difference
What started as a small practice with a big heart has grown into a collective of passionate, like-minded individuals committed to creating meaningful impact. With humble beginnings and a bold vision, Toronto Relationship Clinic is united by a shared belief: that healing happens in relationship and that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, accepted, and empowered.
If you would like to learn more about how we can help you, we’d love for you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to talk about your goals and what we offer. We can get to know each other better, talk about any questions or concerns you might have, and make sure that the therapeutic relationship is a good fit because it's important to us that you feel accepted, supported, and safe.
I started Toronto Relationship Clinic to create a space to offer the kind of psychotherapy and become the kind of psychotherapist that I needed when I was in my young-adult years, feeling misunderstood by everyone, struggling to navigate relationships, profoundly traumatized and disconnected from myself, utterly confused about what I was supposed to do with my life, and acutely aware of systemic oppression and injustice. It took a long time for me to learn how to talk about any of it, let alone figure out what, if anything, I could possibly do about it.
