Benita Joy is a Psychotherapist who is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She has over 8 years of experience working one-on-one with clients and facilitating group programs. With a background in both coaching and psychotherapy grounded in a relational framework, she engages clients where they're at and inspires movement and growth in the direction of mind-body wellness and wholehearted living. She can help you heal from past trauma, let go of limiting beliefs, and move towards health and wholeness.

Benita is straight-forward and results-driven without compromising on warmth and caring. She is passionate about supporting you in achieving your goals. When you meet, you'll be greeted by a genuine smile, welcoming attitude, and relentless positivity. However, she's not shy about telling you the truth, so be prepared from some gut-level honesty and a "no-nonsense" therapeutic style.
